Colibri Financial

Terms of Service

Last updated: October 10, 2026

By opening a Colibri account or using the Colibri Wallet app you agree to these terms.

Coupons are not money

Colibri accounts hold coupons issued by Colibri Financial. Coupons have no cash value, are not legal tender, are not deposits, are not insured, and cannot be exchanged for cash unless Colibri expressly offers it. Coupons may only be used to pay merchants that accept Colibri or transferred to other Colibri members.

Your account

You must be at least 18 and provide a mobile number you control. Keep your password private. Transfers and payments are confirmed with a one-time code sent to your mobile number; anyone with your phone and password can move your coupons, so protect both.

Transfers and payments are final

Once you confirm a transfer or payment with your code it cannot be cancelled by you. Colibri may reverse a transaction at its discretion to correct errors or fraud.

Fees

Colibri may charge fees in coupons for deposits, transfers and store purchases. Fees are shown before you confirm and on the Fees page. Fees may change with notice on the website.

Acceptable use

No fraud, no use of someone else's account, no attempts to interfere with the service. Colibri may freeze or close accounts that violate these terms.

Expiration and closure

Colibri may set expiration rules for coupons and may close the program with reasonable notice. Colibri may close inactive accounts.

Disclaimer

The service is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law Colibri is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and its total liability is limited to the coupon balance in your account.
