Colibri Financial ("Colibri", "we") operates the Colibri coupon account service, the website colibrifinancial.app and the Colibri Wallet mobile app. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

• Account information: your name, mobile phone number, username, password (stored hashed) and optional email address.
• Transaction records: coupon deposits, transfers, store payments, fees and the accounts involved. These are kept as the permanent ledger of your account.
• Contacts you save: account numbers or phone numbers of friends you choose to add inside the app.
• Device and usage data: IP address, browser or app version, and sign-in times, kept in an audit log for security.

Camera

The Colibri Wallet app uses the camera only when you tap Scan, to read a store payment code or a friend's QR code. Images are processed on the device and are never uploaded or stored.

Text messages

We send one-time codes by SMS to your mobile number to confirm transfers and payments and to verify your number. Message and data rates may apply. We do not send marketing texts.

How we use information

To operate your coupon account, process transfers and payments, prevent fraud, provide support and comply with the law. We do not sell personal information. Merchants that accept Colibri see only your name and the amount paid.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers that help us run the service (for example our SMS provider) and when required by law.

Your choices

You can update your name and email in Settings. To close your account or request deletion of your personal data, contact us at the support address below. Transaction records may be retained as required for record keeping.

Children

Colibri is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
